1. David Welsh says:

    Dear Forever Family,

Hello! I’d like to help, and I’m very interested in the Screen Gems records, but I don’t have a million dollars. Any chance I could buy a CD copy, please?

    Thanks very much

  2. Les says:

Hi David! Thanks for the offer of help, it is appreciated. One of the first things I am going to do once we raise the money is secure the rights from Sony, pay David what he wants to make on it, and then release a box set, possibly two. One would have EVERYTHING, all the regular releases as well as all the Screen Gems versions, while a lesser-priced box set would have just the regular releases and the unreleased songs. By the point we secure the rights we’ll do it at a loss, but I’m willing to because I feel the music is so important. Because of these upcoming deals, I can’t release CD’s of the material or trade because it would mess up future agreements. I hope you understand!
Thanks! Be sure to download your free CD and check out the videos on youtube!

  3. Mike St.Pierre says:

Any idea approximately when the box set(s) will be coming available? I’ve been waiting 40 years to hear the unreleased stuff and I’m hoping to still be around when it does. Thanks. Mike

  4. Les says:

Hi Mike! I’ve promised that the very second I can afford to license everything, with Sony getting what they need to get and David Cassidy getting what he needs to get, I’m going to do it and take the financial loss. Unfortunately, selling TV shows, even with an Oscar-winning actress like Shirley Jones onboard, in today’s Honey Boo Boo/Buckwild/Jersey Shore/Kardashian world is harder than a guy giving birth to dectuplets. Getting these two surefire hit shows sold is the hardest thing I’ve ever tried to do in my life, we’ve been at it now since the first CD was recorded more than seven years ago, and its not getting any easier with time. I wish I had better news for you, I really do. Thanks for finding us and keep in touch. I plan to put together and release the Box set in the interim between the shows’ signing (when we get the first checks to pay Sony and DC) and production begins, when I’ll have the most time to do it. All I can say is hang in there and if you’re into it, pray. Thanks again.

Hi any word on the box sets yet

  6. Les says:

Hi Dave. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to sell our shows yet, and until we do. I won’t have the money to pay David and Sony what they need to get these released.

I’m really sorry, it’s unexplicable why this has taken so long, but we’re not giving up.

Thanks for hanging in with us and the interest. You can also monitor any progress on our Facebook page at http://facebook.com/theforeverfamily.

    Hello. And Bye.

  12. Bubba says:

What’s up w the box set. The Screen Gems records have been on Ebay for years now we will all be dead by the time anyone publishes it. No one will ever pay one million for that good grief very unrealistic.

  13. Les says:

The box set sale is to raise money to record a proper pilot with Shirley Jones. Everyone knows this, it says it clearly in the auction. Thanks for the interest.
